What is Mugwort?

Mugwort Foot Bath

Singapore’s humid weather all year round can result in high level of moisture in the air. As such, dampness accumulates in the body and causes symptoms such as dizziness, fatigue, swelling, poor appetite, joint pain, irritable skin and so on. Using Mugwort Foot Bath, body can be reconditioned, and dampness will be dispelled at the same time, alleviating any symptoms caused by the excessive damp.

Directions:
1.Drink some warm water 15 minutes before foot bath session to ensure hydration.

2.Soak a piece of compressed Mugwort into boiling water for about 10 minutes until the Mugwort leaves are fully dispersed. If possible, boil the pot of water with Mugwort over stove for 3 minutes for optimum medicinal effect.

3.It is recommended to start soaking your feet when water is no more than 40 °C. Foot soak session should last between 15-30 minutes or as advised by physician.
